Smoking Policy Emerald Isle Hotel is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not permitted inside the facility. Smoking is permitted on the grounds outside of the facility. There is a $100.00 cleaning fee for violation of this policy.
Cancellation Policy Should you need to cancel your reservations, please contact us at least fourteen (14) days prior to your original reservation date. If we do not receive a fourteen day notice, a charge will be assessed to your credit card in the amount of your deposit.
Pet Policy Emerald Isle Hotel is a pet-free hotel. Due to allergies, etc. – we cannot allow pets of any kind. There is a $100.00 cleaning fee for violation of this policy.
